The location of the guest house was perfect, just off Hoan Kiem Lake and near Ly Quoc Su. the staff at the guest house were friendly and excellent towards all guests. the room was cozy and had a balcony, as well as useful amenities like a hairdryer, kettle, and lounge.

the location was central, incredible to the ban gioc waterfalls. besides, it was just off restaurants, shops, the lake, museums, the cathedral, a quiet alley in the old town of hanoi and the alleyway. double room was beautifully maintained and brand-new.

The location was magnificent, close to downtown, Mai Chau by bus, and the Old Quarter, Temple of Literature. Temple of the Jade Mountain was easily accessible, set only 1 km away. - In the restaurant, they served Western cuisine dishes. - We thoroughly enjoyed this place and recommend it.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. New-fashioned, well-maintained unit with a nice bathroom, comfortable bed. - Neat building in the centre of Hanoi. - Truly enjoyed good area.

The perfect and lovely location was a minute walk from a performing arts theater. What's more, it was next to a quiet back alley, tourist attractions, restaurants, shops, the lake.

We stayed at a hidden gem, nestled in a charming lane. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the places we wanted to explore. The staff at Old Town Palace were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even surprised us with bananas and bottled water as a departing gift, which came in handy during our bus trip to Cat Ba Island. Our room was upgraded to a spacious and modern one, and everything was spotlessly clean. We've been traveling for two months and this is definitely one of the best places we've stayed at. Highly recommend!
